Back in 2020, when the Covid-19 first hit the US, Kelli created this series of informational videos with the intention of providing support to people who were struggling with emotional overwhelm due to the added stressors of a global pandemic. The information provided is still applicable to all of us emotional beings who desire to continue to find healthy ways to copewith life's stressors.
